動物實驗低壓氧艙用于模擬低壓氧環境,氧氣濃度可自動控制,解決了艙體內氧濃度的自動控制問題,同時氣體濃度在艙體內更均勻,適用于中小型動物如犬、猴、兔、鼠等。
由動物艙體、氣體輸送控制系統、環境監測系統、視頻監測功能、溫控系統等構成。通過調節動物艙內氧氣(或空氣)和氮氣的混合比例,間接控制氧氣濃度的效果;氧氣濃度的大小以及維持低氧環境的時間,均由中央處理器自動控制,設備的自動化程度高,無須專人守候;流量計、分布器以及緩沖罐的使用,減小甚至消除了細股急流氣體對小動物的影響,具有供氣均勻、平緩的優點,從源頭上消除了動物艙氧濃度分布不均勻的現象。
功能及特點
1.確保安全
從設計開始到zui終完成測試和檢查,所有實驗氧艙都遵循嚴格的生產過程;
具有緊急關閉和自動排氣系統,以適應各種情況。
2.動物艙體
ProOx-810 動物實驗低壓氧艙主體采用進口亞克力加厚材質,堅固可靠,透明方便觀察;
鋁合金及不銹鋼材料支撐;
具有腳輪腳剎設計,方便移動。
3.氣體輸送控制系統
醫用級靜音高壓泵及低壓泵,為系統提供穩定的壓力;
4.整體管路采用防爆管,抗壓強;
具有氣體緩沖器,減小甚至消除了細股急流氣體對小動物的影響;
多級空氣過濾器確保空氣來源清潔,消除碳氫化合物可能引起的火災危險;同時去除空氣供應中的微粒物質、水分、油和油蒸氣。
5.自動控制氧濃度及維持氧濃度的持續時間。

6.動物生理指標監測
監測指標(選配):心電圖、體溫、血壓、呼吸、血氧飽和度
具有擴展接口,用于靜脈注射、采血、血壓監測等
7.視頻監測功能
配備視頻采集卡及攝像頭,可錄像拍照
8.溫控系統
具有動物恒溫平臺,溫度可控制
采用水循環恒溫機制,防止電加熱過程在高氧環境中潛在的危險
